Hi, I’m Jennifer — a health & wellness coach (NBC-HWC candidate), personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutrition and menopause coach. My approach is client-centered and focused on supporting sustainable, realistic change rooted in each woman’s individual goals, values, and lifestyle.

I believe women deserve a more compassionate and sustainable approach to wellness — especially in midlife. After years of watching women struggle with all-or-nothing wellness culture, I became passionate about creating a more grounded approach to health, strength, and whole-person wellbeing.
