What is health & wellness coaching?
Health & wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach that supports sustainable behavior change and overall wellbeing.
Through supportive coaching conversations, clients develop realistic goals and healthier habits related to areas such as nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and midlife wellness.
My approach is rooted in compassionate, evidence-informed support designed to help women move away from all-or-nothing wellness culture and toward a more sustainable relationship with health.
